Elton Hajnaj u shpall fajtor për vrasjen e Tauland Beqirajt, ngjarje kjo e ndodhur më 3 Mars 2021 në rrugën transballkanike të Vlorës.  Ndërsa dy bashkëpunëtorët e tij Hans Jonuzaj dhe Skerdjan Gabrani që gjenden pas hekurave u dënuan përkatësisht me 4 dhe 6 vite burgim, por që do të përfitojnë nga gjykimi i shkurtuar me uljen e 1/3 Së dënimit. Gjithashtu u dënua për armë pa leje Sali Zeneli, mik me viktimën i cili u kap në vendngjarje.
