Urban buses continue to cause accidents in the capital, where the latest one was recorded on Elbasani street.
A bus coming from Kërraba lost its direction and overturned on the road, taking two other cars in front.
As a result of the serious accident, three people were injured. The injured were taken to the hospital to receive medical assistance and are out of danger.
The driver was taken to the police immediately after the accident. Gentjan Qosja stated that he failed to keep control of the bus while traveling on the steep road, shortly after passing the Palace of Brigades.
From the verifications carried out in the field by the experts, it was found that the 42-year-old did not use alcohol and was not speeding. The main doubts are that we are dealing with a technical error.
As a result of this accident, the Tirana-Elbasan road was blocked for about two hours until the accident vehicles were removed from the road.
