Covid-19 is not over yet, the Ministry of Health reveals what is happening in the country

The Ministry of Health has published new data on the epidemiological situation in the country.

According to the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 722 tests have been performed, of which 42 citizens have tested positive. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.

Announcement: The Ministry of Health once again calls on citizens not to neglect the anticovid vaccination, especially in this autumn period, to limit the risk of spreading the infection.

Anticovid vaccination is carried out in health centers throughout the country. Also, the Ministry of Health appeals to all vaccinated citizens to go to the health centers to be vaccinated with the booster dose. Anti-COVID vaccines reduce the chance of infection and largely avoid hospitalizations and fatalities.

If you have signs of illness or have had contact with a person affected by Covid19, isolate yourself immediately and contact your family doctor to be tested as soon as possible or call the National Emergency at the unique number 127.

We inform you about the situation in the last 24 hours, as follows: 722 tests have been performed, of which 42 citizens have tested positive for COVID-19, in these municipalities:

24 in Tirana, 6 in Durrës, from 2 citizens in Shkodër, Delvina, Memaliaj, from 1 citizen in Lezhë, Krujë, Kavajë, Mallakastër, Gjirokastër, Tepelën.

There are 482 active citizens with Covid19 throughout the country.
