A 57-year-old man identified as Gazmir Topuzi was arrested by the Tirana police after he was driving the Lapraka bus in a drunken state.
The Traffic Police Services of Tirana continue the checks with increased services in the field and with intelligent tools, in order to prevent road accidents. The police announce that they are conducting daily checks, even on the drivers of public transport vehicles, due to the importance of this sector.
The arrest of the 57-year-old comes shortly after the serious accident of the Ring bus line in the middle of Tirana, where it caused a chain collision of 9 other vehicles, but fortunately there were no victims, only material damage.
