The 21-year-old girl from Chania who was seriously injured by a car driven by a 26-year-old Albanian man in Thessaloniki in the early hours of Tuesday did not make it.
According to the information, he died shortly after 8 o'clock this Sunday morning, at the Papageorgiou hospital where he was hospitalized after a series of operations, mainly on the head. The family donates her organs - "She was a miracle child from birth and when she left she wanted to do another miracle," says her mother.
The 26-year-old, after hitting the girl on Egnatia street in the center of Thessaloniki, left her injured on the street. He is expected to appear in court tomorrow, November 28.
