Odhise Porodini, the chairman of the National Committee of the Organization of Veterans of the Anti-Fascist National Liberation War, has passed away at the age of 92.
Porodoni was a powerful voice in defense of the partisans and the National Liberation War.
Who was Odhise Porodini?
Odhise Porodini was born on August 20, 1930, an Albanian partisan and soldier. He was the General Secretary of the National Committee of the Veterans' Organization of the Albanian People's LANÇ. For his war and work merits, Odhise Porodini held 8 different orders and medals as well as the high title: "Honor of the Organization of Veterans of LANÇ", "Honor of the Organization of Families of Martyrs of LANÇ and other Martyrs of the Motherland" and of the War Invalids Association", "Honor of the Gjirokastra District", as well as the certificate of appreciation from the Municipality of Tirana.
