Edi Rama receives instructions from Vu?i? about the situation in the north of Kosovo, here is the document that breaks down the sensational behind-the-scenes

RTK has published a material in which it is clear that it is Belgrade's coordinating circular for its ambassadors in the West, where it instructs them all to demand at every meeting the removal of the Kosovo Police from the north and the sending of KFOR there. 

Edi Rama apparently received this circular days ago as the request is identical and the language is the same.

Rama has repeated this request to the prestigious Financial Times, which Vucic's ambassadors probably do not have the opportunity to do.

Serbia has made a request for KFOR to take control of the north and launch an international investigation.

Serbia's military attachés have distributed a document to their embassies around the world, which outlines the country's main requests to the international community following "recent developments in Kosovo".

The document suggests that KFOR should replace the Kosovo Police and take over all aspects of security and management of the north, with the main priority being peacekeeping and conflict avoidance. Until the conditions are fulfilled for the return of the dialogue facilitated by Brussels, the organization of new elections in the northern municipalities, the establishment of the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian Majority and the inclusion and reintegration of local Kosovo Serbs in the Kosovo Police. KFOR must maintain control.

Furthermore, an international investigation must be conducted to determine what happened on September 24.
