It has been identified by the new police, who appeared a few days ago brutally abusing her minor child in Durrës.
The police announced that the young woman is 22-year-old Kristina Aliu, who, in addition to her 3-year-old son, also has another child, only 6 months old. Precisely the second child has become the reason for her not to be arrested, despite the violence she inflicted on her minor son. The announcement states that the 22-year-old woman will be prosecuted in a free state.
The police also report that the young woman is constantly moving to different cities in the country.
As a result of investigative work and verification actions in the field, for a case published on social networks, on 16.05.2023, where a citizen appears who violates a minor child, the specialists for the investigation of crimes of the Durrës Police Station, in cooperation with the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Peqin Police Station, have made it possible to identify the citizen KA, 22 years old, resident in Peqin, but who constantly moves to different cities.
At the time of locating and escorting, the KA citizen was with her 6-month-old baby and the 3-year-old minor child (who is shown abusing in the video).
The citizen KA was questioned in the presence of the Social Service of Durrës and the psychologist of the DVP Durrës, and after consultation with the prosecutor, it was decided that, being with the 6-month-old baby, the 22-year-old woman should be prosecuted in a free state.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions, for the criminal offense "Mistreatment of minors".
Durrës Police thanks the media that denounces the cases of illegalities and invites it to continue the cooperation with the Police structures, for bringing forward the criminal responsibility of the authors of the cases of illegalities that they encounter during their work.
