NAME/ Was wanted everywhere after Duman's testimony, the Albanian suffers badly in the Netherlands

The Dutch court has sentenced the Albanian wanted by SPAK and Belgian justice to 30 months in prison, as he is accused of murder.

The Dutch media reports that 36-year-old Eljo Bitri was sentenced by the court of Almelo to 30 months in prison, after trying to cross the border in De Lutte with 3 firearms. He was arrested in the Netherlands on November 30 last year.

The 36-year-old Albanian Eljo Bitri, wanted by SPAK and in Belgium for murder, was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Meanwhile, the other person who was arrested together with Bitri was released from the charges.

Eljo Bitri was declared wanted by SPAK as part of the "Golden Bullet" operation, in which the much-wanted Nuredin Dumani was captured.

Eljo Bitri, otherwise known as Bledar Debrova, was mentioned in Nuredin Duman's testimony, as he describes him as one of the people who planned the murder of Sokol Sanxhaktari.

Bitri is charged with 7 charges, including the murder of Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdiaj, Emiljano Ramazan, Sokol Sanxhaktari, the explosive attack on Talo Çela's apartment, etc.

SPAK's accusations against Eljo Bitrin:

Eljo (Ervis) Bitri, son of Nazmi and Minushe, born on 09.02.1987, born and resident in Gostime, Elbasan, suspected of committing criminal offences:

1. "Destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of citizen Mustafa Subashi (event that happened in Durrës on 29.01.2020) and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in special cooperation in the form of structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by articles 152 and 278/1, 28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code .

2.“Vrasja në rrethana te tjera cilësuese”, ndaj dy ose më shumë personave, “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armeve, armeve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”, në dëm të viktimave Dorjan Shkoza e Anxhelo Avdia (ngjarje e ndodhur në datën 2.03.2020) të kryera në bashkëpunim të veçantë atë të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, (në rolin e pjesëmarrësit) dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal” parashikuar nga nenet 79/dh, 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/2 dhe 334 të Kodit Penal;

3.“Vrasje me paramendim” dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”, “Grup i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Pjesëmarrje në grup të strukturuar kriminal” të parashikuara nga nenet 78/2, 278/1, 28/4, 333/a e 334 të Kodit Penal (vrasja në dëm të viktimës Emiljano Ramazani më datë 20 Korrik 2020 në lagje “28 Nëntori”, Elbasan).

4.Shkatërrim i pronës me eksploziv”ndaj banesës së shtetasit Talo Çela (ngjarje e ndodhur në datën 05.11.2020) dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”, kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 152 dhe 278/1, 28/4, 333/a dhe 334 të Kodit Penal.

5.“Dhuna në familje” në dëm të shtetases Blerta Bengasi (Ruçi), kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 130/a/1, 28/4, 333/a dhe 334 të Kodit Penal.

6.“Vjedhje me dhunë”, në dëm të shtetasit Hamdi Sharka (ndodhur në fshatin Polizhan – Berat), kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 139, 28/4, 333/a dhe 334 të Kodit Penal.

7. "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, carried out in the special cooperation of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by the structured group criminal and criminal organization", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/a/2, 334 of the Criminal Code.
