The citizen Bukurosh Mukja and the other 2 wanted citizens, R. Ç and FT, had planned armed robbery in Lushnja, but thanks to informational intelligence, Lushnja Police was able to prevent the armed robbery.

All three of these citizens, when they were located by the police officers, did not obey their order to stop, but left quickly in a "Benz" type vehicle with forged license plates, endangering the lives of the police officers who were in surgery.
