Captain Artur Meçollari says that the attack on Russian territory by the Ukrainian army changes the dynamics of the war.

In the show "War and Peace" on ABC Neës, Meçollari said that there will be consequences for the morale of the people and the Russian army.

According to him, there will be a shift in the war, as he added that the head of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, reconfirmed the agreement in principle of the member countries for Ukraine's membership in the military alliance.

"The attack on the Russian territory changes the entire dynamics of the war, since until now, the territory of war has only been Ukraine, but now it has also been Russia. But this has consequences, in the morale of the people and the Russian army. At the same time, this also shifts the front of the war, since the main efforts of the Russian army will be in the defense of their population, their territories, infrastructure, and there will be some kind of displacement from the occupied territories. This means that, from the point of view of the combat operation, we have a new development, a physical displacement of the fighting.
