Henrik Hoxhaj breaks down the sensational murder in Durrës: Nuredin Dumani promised me 60 thousand euros to commit the crime

The repentant Justice Henrik Hoxha has returned to the Special Court this time to testify about 2 assassinations with 4 victims in Durrës, namely Dorjan Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdiaj and the brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia.

With his Real Madrid T-shirt on and his last name printed on it, for 1 hour and 30 minutes he answered the question of the Prosecution and the lawyers of Besian Xixho and Altin Ndoc, as only the latter did not participate in the hearing.

"I met Nuredin Duman on Festim Çoli's birthday, about 6 months before the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdiaj. There we exchanged phone numbers, and we have talked and met. Dumani promised 60 thousand euros, of which he gave me 35 thousand, because Elio Bitri took the rest. The latter was behind the wheel, I was in the back passenger seat. I had 2 9 mm pistols, while Bitri had a mill pistol. According to Duman, the target was Dorian Shkoza, who even came in front of Avdylaj to protect him when we shot. I had no communication with Bitri, when I went to Nuredini's house, I found him there and we headed towards the scene. Duman was not with us but was coming around. I shot with both guns, Bitri also shot once with his gun, but I don't know if the bullet hit any of the victims. Even before the event, at Duman's house, Elio shot, he told us it was an involuntary shot. Elio had been staying at Duman's house for a week before the assassination. "After he gave me the payment, I met with Duman about the plan to kill Besmir Haxhia," said Hoxha.

Regarding the murder of the Haxhia brothers, Henrik Hoxha confessed:

:Besmiri was the target, when we got closer we saw them both, and Nuredini with Klevis Alla, they said to each other, they were with their brother. Victor was a coincidence. I heard later that they had another plan for that too but not that day. According to Nuredini, Klevis Alla would inform us, we would do the killing. Alla was waiting for us with the car. I was wearing an OFL vest and an OFL hat, Nuredini told me that he had found them in Elbasan. I had two automatic weapons in the car, one in my hand the other in the door pocket. Our Shkfer entered the parade when we saw the brothers, and I started shooting. Nuredin's gun was not firing. I hit Nuredin with the windows closed because I saw what he did because I didn't have my mind. I also shot the driver of the vehicle, Besmir, from the rear window. I went down and got the other gun because I ran out of bullets and fired again to make sure. I haven't spoken a single word to Klevis Alla, who was our driver. Even while he was looking at my face for a moment, I told him "what are you looking at, go back". We threw the hats and the vest on the secondary road in Vorë when we were returning to Tirana with Nuredin".

During the conversations, I heard from him that he wanted to kill them for his own account, but that Erion Alibej was helping him with the money. Alibej suspected that Ndoci and Besmiri had been involved in the triple murder in Bradashesh, where Alibej's brother and uncle and a Turkish citizen died."
