Former prosecutor Eugen Beci told the "Review" show on Euronews Albania that the investigative case for the ice generators has been delayed because SPAK still says it does not know who the owner is.

According to Bici, we would not be in this delayed situation if the investigation group had the desire to act faster, since it cannot be said that the real owner is not found while the state continues to pay.
