The news was announced by the head of emergency in Elbasan, Ergys Mici. He writes that when they went to the apartment, they found that the birth process had started and that there was no more time to send the woman who was going to give birth to the baby to the hospital.
In these conditions, the emergency doctors assisted in the birth, taking care of both the health of the mother and the child. With the help of doctors and nurses, mother and baby enjoy full health.
