Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu declares that despite the disagreements of the international factor with Kurti's decision regarding the situation created in the North, the USA is not ready to give up their 3-decade investment in the Balkans: Kosovo.

Invited to "Top Story", Spahiu said that Albin Kurti was right with the position he took, but he was wrong in his position with America. But should he be confronted with the guarantee of Albanian sovereignty for this right, according to the analyst, the answer is no.

Spahiu says that the "slap" that the Americans gave to Kosovo was a chronicle of the forewarned events. However, for all those who are afraid of Albin Kurti's attitude, the judge asks a question: What would happen if he were to withdraw from all this?

"Kosovo is an American investment and the Americans cannot give up their 3-decade investment in the Balkans.

Undoubtedly, the investment has been suigeneris for the Albanians as a pro-American people, because what they did for us, they did not do when the war started in Croatia, nor in Bosnia, etc. But let's go back to the issue of the north.

Was Albin Kurti right? There are no Albanians who say no. But could this motive be given to guarantee the sovereignty of the Albanians, to America? You cannot give your right to sovereignty to the bailiff of this legal relationship.

Now, was this an open bolt that happened or a chronicle of foretold events: Albin Kurti's and LVV's rifts with the US?

I don't think it was simply the problem of introducing the Kosovo police in the north. This action legitimizes all these sanctions, starting with the exclusion of Kosovo from the NATO exercise, "Defender 23", with the suspension of non-recognition of the legitimacy of the state of Kosovo; thirdly, the non-reception of Kosovo state officials in the US. And fourthly, Vjosa Osmani was recognized as Kosovo's representative in the talks, which means a kind of exclusion of Albin Kurti from the talks.

Now we all say that Albin Kurti was and really is right in his maintained attitude. He was also right about the license plate conflict, but what happened in the end? Pulled out of this collision. And where does the political and legal analysis begin for anyone who today fears Albini more than Kosovo. What will happen if Albini waives all these consequences? So it may happen that next week Albini will withdraw the police, the elected mayors of the municipalities, allow Serbian officials to enter these municipalities and announce early elections.
