The ex-prosecutor takes as an example a case in Turkey, where police officers reported that they fired them without reason, just because they used an application.

"A citizen, whatever he may be, cannot be forced to declare that he is responsible for an application he had. This does not exclude the fact that there were police officers involved. But a collective punishment is not appropriate. Evidence is subjective, while interception is a fact," said Beci.
