From heavy rains to extreme temperatures/ The cold wreaks havoc in Korça, here are the axes affected by the snow

The district of Korça was faced during the hours of last evening with snowfall accompanied by strong winds, which were then followed by a significant drop in temperatures.

According to the information, it is reported that the thickness of the snow was between 5 and 10 centimeters, while the average temperature during the night was -8 degrees Celsius.

So, it is learned that the necessary measures have been taken for cleaning and salting the roads by engaging 10 snow removal vehicles, while the vehicles of travelers have been advised to use winter tires.

The rains are reported to have affected the axes: Korçë-Voskopojë, Korçë-Qafa e Qarrit-Ersekë-Leskovik and the roads near Dardha.
