From villas in Dhërmi to apartments in Tirana / The dizzying assets of this dangerous trafficker are seized

The Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Lushnja based on law 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and crackdown on organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", as amended, has registered and is conducting investigations into property proceedings criminal no. 01, dated 14.01.2022, which deals with the assets in the possession of the citizen ES, investigated for committing the criminal offense "Trafficking in narcotics" in the Czech Republic.

In function of this property proceeding, based on the request of the prosecutor, the Court of First Instance Lushnja, with decision no. 3 (75), dated 22.01.2022, has decided: Sequestration of immovable property, described below:

Object 2-kt, located in Dhërmi, in a tourist complex.

Property No. 104 of apartment type, with an area of ??56.20m2, Selitë, Tirana;

Property No. 104 of the apartment type, with an area of ??74.40m2, Headquarters, Tirana.

Pursuant to the court decision and article 14 et seq. Of law no. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 "On the prevention and crackdown on organized crime, trafficking and corruption through preventive measures against property", as amended, the prosecutor issued an execution order, which was sent to the judicial police services for execution / enforcement of the Local Police Directorate of Fier, the Agency for the Administration of Sequestrated and Confiscated Assets at the Ministry of Finance, Tirana, the State Cadastre Agency and the Municipality of Lushnja.
