The 30-year-old in Shkodër suffered badly while transporting two 'cap' bags of cannabis

The 30-year-old man with the initials NM has been handcuffed by the Shkodra police after being caught with 35 kilograms of sativa cannabis in the Ura e sekte area.

Notification to the Police:

35 kilograms of cannabis sativa narcotics are seized in Shkodër, the 30-year-old man is arrested.

Following police operations, with a focus on combating criminal activities in the field of narcotics, the services of the Shkodër Police Station have provided information that a citizen was transporting a significant amount of cannabis sativa narcotic.

The information was immediately administered by the Police services and as part of the coded police operation "Delivery", on the "Shkodër-Prekal" road axis, in the village of Ura e dharko, the vehicle driven by citizen Ndoj Marku was stopped for checks.

During the checks, 2 bags of suspected cannabis sativa narcotics were found in the trunk of this vehicle, with a total weight of 35 kilograms, which were seized as material evidence.

Following the procedural actions for this case, the specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Shkodër arrested the citizen Ndoj Marku, 30 years old, resident of Shkodër, in the act for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

At the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, investigations are continuing for the clarification and full legal documentation of this case, as well as for the identification and prosecution of the other citizens involved in it.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
