For more than 3 decades in the justice system, KPC dismisses the well-known prosecutor (NAME)

The Independent Qualification Commission, KPC was able to take the decision to dismiss the prosecutor of Elbasan, Elveta Murra.

During the hearing on 19 May, the KPC noted that inaccurate, incomplete and contradictory statements were made by the Elbasan prosecutor with a lack of resources in some financial transactions.

Murra's legal representative, lawyer Koçi Mato, admitted the inaccuracies in the statements and documentation, but demanded the opening of the investigation, saying that the evidence brought showed the legality of the subject's property.

Elveta Murra started her career in the justice system in 1985. She worked for more than three decades as a prosecutor in the Elbasan District Prosecutor's Office.
