According to a study, sleeping pill users may live 5 years less and have a higher mortality risk.

Marsild Xhemollari, a pharmacist, said on the GoodMorning Albanians show on Euronews Albania that sleeping pills cannot be given without a prescription as they are addictive and have negative side effects.
