The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime upheld today the decision of the "First Instance" for Bexhdili as being involved in the hostage-taking and murder of Jan Prenga. Bexhdili will serve his life sentence in a high-security prison for four charges, kidnapping and disappearance of a person causing death, hiding and disposing of corpses, illegal possession of weapons and participation in a structured criminal group.
