Former police official Arben Hajdaramaj said on the Now show that the first file against the mayor of Bulqiza Lefter Alla, after the publication of the video of him consuming cocaine, was closed due to political interference.
According to him, even though the prosecution closed the case against him with the claim that the origin of the video was not found, in the case of a mayor, who is an important public figure, the investigations should continue mainly, to make transparency.
"He is a public person and there should be transparency in front of the public if he really had a relationship or just found himself in an environment. Even the closing of this issue was done with some political intervention. Closing so hastily, it has become that he is the mayor of the ruling party. In the second case, there was no longer political protection", said Hajdarmataj.
