The Special Prosecution, in addition to the criminal investigation, has launched a property investigation for the 8 criminal groups that were hit after the testimony of Nuredin Dumani and Henrik Hoxhaj.
The prosecution is expected to sift through the assets of the 32 accused persons as part of criminal groups, their families and close connections.
The investigation aims to identify any property, movable and immovable. Thus SPAK is expected to request information from commercial banks for all their bank accounts.
According to sources at the SPAK, it is learned that the document to verify the assets of these persons will be sent to the institutions of the property agency, to see if there are assets in their name and family or not.
