Lawyer Spartak Njela describes the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, as the right hand of Slobodan Milosevic.
In the show "War and Peace" on ABC News, Ngjela said that if Serbia touches the borders of Kosovo, the US will bomb Belgrade.
