In Turkey, less than 2% of votes are left to be counted. Recep Tayip Erdogan has secured his third term as he leads with over 52% in front of his rival Kemal Kilicdaroglu with 47.88%.
The world leaders have already sent their congratulations to Erdogan for the victory of the third mandate.
Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh congratulated Erdogan and the Turkish people for their "victory in the elections".
Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh also sent his congratulations. Dbeibeh said that Erdogan's "election victory" was a renewal of the Turkish people's faith in the president's successful projects and policies. Dbeibeh's Tripoli-based Government of National Unity is backed by Turkey against a rival government based in the east.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban congratulated Erdogan "for his indisputable victory in the elections".
The Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, congratulated Erdogan, saying "success for the new mandate".
