The historic brand of Abruzzo is the vanguard of corporate welfare and even in these times of skyrocketing prices it has implemented ad hoc support measures.

The food company specializing in the production of pasta has recently renewed the agreement for the bonus of results.

The four-figure sum will be paid upon achievement of the objectives set out in the Company's Supplementary Agreement signed on May 27 and will be accompanied by the provision of tickets for the purchase of petrol, even for part-time workers.

Last spring the company was distinguished for the approval of the summer camp bonus, intended for the children from 6 to 13 years of age of the workers at the Fara San Martino production site.

An incentive which was accompanied by bonus food carts and gifts to employees through in-kind goods.

The company has also provided answers on the insurance front: it recognizes a Policy for non-professional accidents for all employees and a Supplementary Health Policy for managers.

At the Pescara plant there is also a company nursery, opened thanks to the FADC Foundation (De Cecco Food and Nutrition Program).

Built entirely with private resources, the facility currently houses ten children. The merits of the company have been highlighted by the German Institute of Quality and Finance (ITQF).

In the ranking drawn up by the best employers in the food sector, the name of Cavalier Filippo Antonio De Cecco is at the top.

In 2019, he received the seal of high work quality of the Institute, which rewards the 300 companies where it is best to work in Italy.
