The Greek MEP of the European Parliament, Eva Kaili and her partner Francseco Giorgi already have the opportunity to live together. The news has been confirmed by Kail's lawyers.

"Kaili did not participate in the meeting of the European Parliament today due to a personal obstacle. But, in the following days, she will return to her duties", the lawyers stated.

They also announced that "the legal process has started for the removal of restrictive conditions, especially the ban on leaving the country, because she wants to participate in the meetings of the European Parliament in Strasbourg".

Eva Kaili can now walk free with conditions, after the decision of the prosecutor's office to remove electronic surveillance and house arrest.
