Canada

Finland banned the use of Modern vaccines for young people and would instead give the Pfizer vaccine to those born from 1991 onwards.

Sweden

Sweden banned the use of the Modern Covid-19 vaccine for younger ages, citing data from an as yet unpublished Nordic study. The Swedish Health Agency said it would stop using the therapy for people born in 1991 and later after the data showed an increase in myocarditis and pericarditis in young people.
The United Kingdom
has offered a dose of the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine to all children aged 12-15. Second doses will not be offered to the age group until at least spring when there may be more data on side effects.
