Yes, that girl. I was also given very strict personal orders not to dare to speak Albanian. This was the documentation I could use. This documentation came from the secret service, SEE. It was very enigmatic. Their gaze was eye to eye. The passport was placed under the table, while a pistol was placed on my knee. There I realized that I was under control.
Avdyl Loshaj, what happened next?
A police car was engaged. The police commander was Ardian Nuha. A driver of his every day has been personally at my disposal. We went to Ksamil to have lunch or dinner. I was always accompanied by the police. I still don't know the reason. We have been available for two weeks. Then, I was asked to meet one of the Albanian counterintelligence officers in his office and he told me that we will both have work. I asked him to give me an hour and I will come back. He trusted me. I called the driver of Ardian Nuha, where I told him that I need to leave Saranda as soon as possible. I got into his "Mercedes", a private car, not a police car. He was wearing a police uniform and I managed to get away from those bodies, as I knew what was waiting for me. I ran away to Tirana. This person left me on the National Martyrs Cemetery. That was the last place I saw Ardian Nuha's driver.
The second confrontation with SHIK in Tirana and the kidnapping
Then I headed around the Student City. I lived there for a long time and had many meetings there. I also had a man whom I loved. She was also a member of the Albanian Christian Democratic Party. He graduated from the Faculty of Language and Literature, including Law. He was a very faithful man. After I left Saranda for the SHIK bodies, I went out to the Student City to drink coffee. A civil, non-state vehicle has arrived there. There was a bald man with his driver and he announced on the radio that we caught the "bear". From that moment they took me and took me to region no. 3 of the police in Tirana.

Then began the most powerful one, the torture. He touched me very deeply. It affected me in terms of the Albanian national and patriotic issue. For me, he personally cannot be Albanian because we and many people from Kosovo have suffered a lot for Albania and Kosovo. We have come to our face-to-face harassment with Ilir Kumbaro. There are many witnesses in his office and they have to come out sooner or later. I told him that you, sir, cannot be more patriotic than I am.
Ilir Kumbaro's severe tortures against Loshaj: He beat me in every way
The tortures were done in a scandalous manner. Yes, in the office I got blood. I can't describe it. But there are witnesses in the office behind this word that I said to him. Then they took me upstairs. They have tied me with the handcuffs of Hitler's time, or China, where do I know. Not modern handcuffs like the police have today. I was naked, completely naked. He beat me in every way. With every kind of stick, with every kind of thing that shot at them I am bloody on that army bed bound. I was hit with a rubber stick on my feet. I watched my legs swell. I came to the point where I could not stop either the blood or the urine due to the pain. His purpose was why this man does not speak or cry.
Suicide attempt in Tirana police region no. 3
As I said. I could not stop the blood and urine. Ilir Kumbaro gave the order: 'Take this stench to the bathroom. I can't stand the smell of urine and bring it back to me'. I was accompanied by two people. I entered the bathroom where I saw only a window. I have a chicken coop behind my body. Half of the body has come out. I only looked at the waste containers. My goal has been to fall head over heels and end everything. One grabbed me by the railing, but it was too late. The chicken coop is torn. I thank this person for helping me land on the ground. At that moment I saw only one woman who was in the office. She grabbed her head with her hands and from that moment I don't know anything.
In pain in the hospital, SHIK raided his girlfriend's room in the Student City
I know that two people grabbed my arms and took me to the hospital. I don't know what hospital I was in, presumably the Military Hospital. When I arrived at the hospital, the most outrageous pains that exist began. It is assumed that in 6 places, the right leg and the left leg in two places and as it was found in the Netherlands 2 mm article of the leg inserted from the inside, since all the weight fell on the leg. They sent me to the hospital. I asked for help from a doctor who gave me morphine, if I'm not mistaken painkillers, to put me in a cast, but they couldn't. I asked for help to notify Dh. After the visit of Dh.S. and her friend even though I was in pain, they tied me up with a white sheet. As I was in pain, they put me in the car. Then the morphine started to wear me down. In the car, they took off my white sheet and put a black bag on my head. From there in the direction of Lezha. Accusations from Kumbaro against Loshaj: You wanted to kill Gligorov and Zef Brozi
 I stayed in two rooms. In one room on the same day when Ilir Kumbaro came, his words were: 'You dog, you wanted to destroy us and Macedonia. You did the assassination of Gligorov. We are very confident. Your colleagues wanted to assassinate Zef Broz and Kiro Gligorov in Macedonia'. It was a scandalous beating that Ilir Kumbaro gave me in that room. Then they sent me to another room, where there was an old bed that they used before. I didn't have any equipment or covers or anything, that's how I was tied up the whole time. There was a maid who spoke the Shkodran dialect. She had respect for me. We ate bread once a day. When they came and asked me to sign something, the documentation was hidden, and I signed it. I do not know. They just told me to sign them.
Loshaj saw Remzi Hoxha for the last time: He was deformed, his face was black
One day, before I wanted to commit suicide, I failed to commit suicide, I had no other option in my life. That same day was a fatal mistake of SHIK. Their mistake was changing rooms. Remzi Hoxha's confrontation was deformed. Maybe he also saw me massacred, deformed. Yes, for the last time.

His lips were split open. He was bleeding on the side of his head, he was hit. The face was very black. We never talked about business matters. We have always had an ideal. The national ideal. Remziu has been a very calm, very prudent, very reliable Albanian national patriot. A man who, when I take the oath, does not change, as we all did, and therefore I will fight to the last point to know his fate. I miss that man a lot, not only me, but all of Kosovo.
Sending to Macedonia, leaving Kosovo and moving to the Netherlands
Let's go back to the last moments of your stay at the SHIK base. They released you, what did they tell you?
They sent me to Qafë-Thane, Ilir Kumbaro, the third one. I couldn't walk. So with a lot of difficulty. He gave me a red passport. Unfortunately, he did not give it to me. He gave it to two Macedonian Albanians, with a car with Macedonian license plates. They discussed in their car, I don't know what. The last word of Ilir Kumbaro was: 'From now on you are dealing with the Macedonian state'. Both of them were Albanians. I got into the car and we were not stopped at the customs point, either Albanian or Macedonian. One night I slept with this person, but I didn't trust anyone. I thought that they are always collaborators of the NVRA against Macedonian intelligence.

I stayed in Kosovo all the time until the war.
