Through a notice published in the Official Gazette, it was announced that the Council of Ministers has decided to expropriate, in the public interest, the owners of real estate, private property, that are affected by the construction of the road segment 'big ring of Tirana, Municipality of Parisit–Ruga e Kavaja. The owners of real estate, which are expropriated, are compensated in full value, according to the relevant measure, for the "land" surfaces, worth 464 014 103.6 (four hundred sixty four million fourteen thousand one hundred three point six) Lek, " objects", worth 552 299 823 (five hundred fifty two million two hundred ninety nine thousand eight hundred and twenty three) ALL, "agricultural crops", worth 1 561 500 (one million five hundred sixty one one thousand five hundred) lek, and "land", with a value of 737 208 (seven hundred thirty seven thousand two hundred and eight) lek".
