The singer, Sinan Vllasaliu, risks up to 5 years in prison after being accused of having damaged the state 24 thousand 270 euros and 98 cents, avoiding taxes. The TAK Inspectorate has compared the singer's public statements at events and clubs, which do not correspond to economic statements.

According to the tax inspector, Fidan Tolaj, the charges brought against him were based on the data that TAK has established as tax liabilities to Vllasali and these based on the information they received from the posts of music clubs on social networks where he was invited. the singer performs.

Tolaj stated that these clubs inside Kosovo were also inspected by the Kosovo Police, while they had no information about those outside the country except for the posters they posted on social networks.

At the court hearing, the TAK inspector testified about the investigations and inspections that TAK had done about the singer regarding his tax obligations, adding that any income must be declared to TAK even if the taxes were paid abroad.

Vllasali's defense lawyer, Florent Latifaj, disputed the inspector's statements, stating that TAK did not prepare the final report as it was supposed to.

Sipas aktakuzës së ngritur më 2 maj 2018, nga Prokuroria Themelore në Prishtinë, Sinan Vllasaliu akuzohet se ka kryer veprën penale “Shmangia nga tatimi” nga neni 313, paragrafi 2 lidhur me paragrafin 1 të Kodit Penal të Republikës së Kosovës, vepër kjo e dënueshme me gjobë dhe me burgim prej gjashtë (6) muaj deri në pesë (5) vjet.
