Preparation of Ali Pasha Chicken

Ingredients

(Ingredients below are for 4-5 people)

Chicken 1 kg

1 cup tea with peeled chestnuts

2 cups coffee with rice

2 tablespoons raisins

1 onion

1 tablespoon fresh butter

Preparation 

Take a medium chicken, fat and young. The chicken is cleaned, washed and stuffed.

Large chestnuts are selected, set to simmer for 5 minutes. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
