Chicken meat recipe with porridge is a special Albanian recipe, which is prepared at any time and very quickly. Preparation requires very simple ingredients and creates a hearty meal. Ingredients

500 gr mish bullet

50 gr butter

3 tablespoons flour

5 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons lemon

A little parsley

Step 1 / Rinse and clean the chicken. Put some butter in a pot and put it on the fire. Add the chicken and mix.

Step 2 / Add water to the pot, until the chicken is covered.

Step 3 / In a second pot place the flour and a little butter. Mix until the flour turns yellow. Add to the pot a little of the chicken broth, which was prepared in the first pot.

Step 4 / Carefully mix the flour with the broth and butter, until the mass does not remain granular, but takes the form of a complete sauce.

Step 5 / Once the porridge is formed into a uniform mass, place it in the first pot where we are boiling the meat.

Step 6 / Add salt, pepper and garlic, and leave on low heat.

Step 7 / When we see that the meat is softened and cooked, we remove it from the heat. Add a little lemon and a little finely chopped parsley.
