Artist Adrian Paci at the Academy of Sciences for "Intertwined Trajectories"

The artist Adrian Paci held the lecture "Lectio Magistralis - Intertwined Trajectories" at the Academy of Sciences. Researcher Varvarica said that Adrian Paci's creativity is exhibited in almost all the most important museum and gallery exhibition institutions of the art capitals of the world such as: New York, Montreal, Paris, Rome, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Berlin, Istanbul, London , Madrid, Zurich, Ljubljana, Taiwan, Sydney, Venice, Thessaloniki. Varvarica said that his creativity has been analyzed by prominent and active contemporary curators, aesthetes, researchers and historians of contemporary arts such as: Kristina Veig (Christina Végh), Antonio Perazzi, Linda Walther, Brigitte Kolle, Kobi Ben-Meir, Yotam Yakir, Uatam Uakir, Felice Cimatti, Kathrin Rhomberg, Gabi Scardi, Edi Muka, Mirjam Varadinis, etc. "I am of the opinion that an organic connection is happening, so that the most vocal Albanian artists of the 20th century come and line up at the Academy of Sciences. XXI, as inheritors of the best Albanian art already developed in several periods. And, Adrian Paci, in today's environment comes as a multidimensional artist who will lecture his ideas about the success of the international journey of his art", said Varvarica. The lecture "Intertwined Trajectories" deals with the topic from Albanian Socialist Realism to the relationship with the avant-gardes of the 20th century to the encounter with contemporary art in its multitude of expressions. In this lecture, the development of Adrian Paci's work and artistic thought was treated as a product of these journeys intertwined in dialogue with some of the experiences of Albanian and international art. In this conversation, the reflections that accompanied his work were presented, stemming from meetings with the works and thoughts of artists or artistic approaches, both in the Albanian and international scenes.
