Choreographer Julind Dervishi has previously brought other works to the stage for the public, but "Uni" he says comes from a feeling that he has encountered all his life. "Like me, we all may have encountered it in different professions or in everyday life. I have Uni like everyone else, I have the ego to work passionately at the things I do, but that hasn't always been enough. I have encountered egos and egos that wanted to suppress my ego and ego, making it impossible for me to excel in my passion and profession. I have translated my disappointments, my achievements, but not only that of the dancers, into the "Uni" ballet. Ballet talks about the journey of professional life, the difficulties she has, where especially in art the elbows are very visible. The ballet "Uni" comes two nights on stage at TKOB, but choreographer Julind Dervishi shows that the work conveys the spirit of cooperation between the parties, where we all feel fulfilled in the things we do. "Everybody's ego will be fulfilled by working together, not just looking at our ego and suppressing someone else's, but coming together to feel fulfilled", says the choreographer. This work is the first this season that has started for the ballet troupe, where Julind Dervishi has been a part of it for years. Choreography shows that it is a ballet troupe in TKOB, conveying the best in the various performances. "For me, the ballet troupe is the show's most valuable asset. They are my instruments, conveying whatever I ask of them. Our ballet company is eager to dance and is very much into new and contemporary things. Passion is the essence of dance", says Dervishi, who this time is the choreographer in the show, among other things. After this premiere, the artistic season at TKOB will continue with other shows.
