The exhibition of figurative arts "Tradition" with 46 works by 20 artists in the Tirana Art Gallery

Portraits, landscapes, compositions and other works are part of the "Tradition" exhibition at the Tirana Art Gallery. A group of well-known artists present their works to the public, but the organizers have also brought to this exhibition the works of artists who have passed away, such as the work of the painter Sali Shijaku. Painter Robert Përmeti, one of the organizers of the exhibition, says that 20 painters and sculptors are participating. "Participating artists present 46 works in this exhibition. In composition, they are an ordinary group with almost few changes, as there are also some new participants in this event, but not that they are new as creators", says the painter Robert Përmeti about the exhibition. Artists from Tirana, Korça, Berati, etc., are part of the exhibition, but there are also Albanian artists coming from Greece who have exhibited their works at GAT. The works of artists Guri Madhi, Sali Shijaku, Shaban Hysa are in the "Tradition" exhibition at GAT, to be followed by works of artists Lec Shkreli, Minella Tanellari, Buron Kaceli, Romeo Goliku, Robert Përmeti, Roland Karanxha, Idriz Balani, Llambrini Dena, Emiona S. Nako, Pëllumb Bylyku, Agron Polovina, Ilmi Kasemi, Gjergji Meta, Nesti Taco, Haxhi Gashi, Elvis Goliku, Ana Gara. Works in the exhibition

Painters and sculptors have come together this time in "Tradita", but the painter Robert Përmeti, as one of the organizers, says that the public can find quite interesting works. Works that, as he shows, also convey messages. "Llambrini Dena creates compositions with river tiles, which comes with a message of peace, we have Ilmi Kasemi who comes with a fable from the legend from the mountains of Shpirag and Tomorri, which is interesting to know the history and to present it historically, Idriz Balani the sculpture comes with the portrait of Skenderbeu and an intellectual from Durrës", says Përmeti. The exhibition, which opened during the November holidays according to the painter Robert Përmeti, also comes as a message from the artists for these days to congratulate all Albanians and their colleagues. The "Tradition" exhibition in visual arts opens for the first time in the Tirana Art Gallery, but the painter Robert Përmeti shows that they have the support of the Municipality of Tirana and have been welcomed by GAT. "At GAT, we as a group are exhibiting for the first time and the Municipality of Tirana has helped us in this promotion, but also GAT, since the director is there and the painter has created spaces for us to do our best under those conditions. We have done the best we could achieve", says the painter Përmeti. The exhibition will stay for about ten days at GAT.
