Exhibition "Plein air" in the ninth edition with works selected from this year's creativity of 12 painters

The landscape painters, like every year, presented the "Plein air" exhibition this time as well. The opening of an exhibition of works of art is a beautiful event for the capital, and that of a group of well-known artists takes on great value. Such is the exhibition "Plein air" that in the ninth edition was opened in the National Historical Museum with the participation of well-known landscape artists in Albania. A collection of selected works from this year's work of 12 painters. Painters Agim Kadillari, Agim Dervishi, Anastas Kostandini, Agron Polovina, Buron Kaceli, Pashk Përvathi, Nikolin Ivanaj, Rikarda Nova, Sadik Kasa, Sefedin Stafa, Xheneta Kadillari and Zaim Elezi present their works in this exhibition. In the picture the cities, mountains, sea and river, villages, etc., where the works of 12 artists are presented for the first time to the public. The well-known painter Xheneta Kadillari shows that this edition a very diverse exhibition has been opened for the public in Tirana. The painter says that these authors have a lot of work in the studio and among them they have selected 4 works to exhibit this time in the exhibition. "These are works in painting that have been selected from creativity all this year. It has a more special specificity, because the landscapes that are made directly in nature are selected. It is important that the landscapes here have the air of nature, they have that sound that cannot be made within the 4 walls of the studio. You can feel the air, the freshness, and combine this with their already established style, where everyone has their own means of expression. 12 painters presented with 4 paintings each", says the well-known painter.

"Plein air" comes with works with a rich color, where the skill of these artists who have selected some of their most beautiful paintings stands out. Painter Xheneta Kadillari says that the artistic level presented by "Plein air" with the exhibited paintings is also important. "In the paintings we have Berat, Gjirokastra, Ulcinj, Tirana, etc., but you also find the coast and mountains. Here you can find all seasons, types of landscapes and this exhibition is very diverse. Many people from those present at the opening of the exhibition congratulated us, because there is also an increase in the artistic level", says the painter Kadillari, at the same time one of the organizers of the exhibition. In this exhibition, 48 works are exhibited, where the painter Anastas Kostandini (Taso) also participates for the first time. The painter says that this is an important exhibition. "The task of the painter is to find opportunities to present his works. I have a vocation for nature and I have not parted with landscapes. Although I paint compositions, I deal with graphics, etc., but I continue to deal with the landscape. It was lucky for me that those who organized it invited me, considering my contribution. I have my own region in paintings. Landscape from the city of Korça and some landscapes are of the rural nature of the surroundings of my town Pogradec", says the painter Kostandini. "Plein air" was opened in Tirana in the ninth edition, but according to the organizers, it is thought that in the future it will also be a traveling exhibition where the works will be exhibited in other cities. The "Plein air" exhibition in its ninth edition will remain until December 14 at the National Historical Museum.
