Florence, Paris and other cities in paintings, painter Arben Golemi: All paintings are inspired by the renaissance

Florence, Paris, the Louvre museum as well as other cities and objects in different countries of the world come into the painting. The well-known painter Arben Golemi comes with his third personal exhibition this year, where, as he himself says, all the paintings exhibited in "Rinascimento" are inspired by the renaissance. Arben Golemi fuses colors and space, while preserving their character and origin. The painter Golemi has exhibited part of his latest works in "Rinascimento", while he is continuing to work in his studio with other works. Arben Golemi is one of the important painters of modern Albanian art, where he is occasionally presented to art lovers with personal exhibitions, as well as in those of artist groups. While talking about the exhibited works he dwells on his travels in Florence. "All the paintings are inspired by the renaissance, more precisely by my long-ago trip to Florence. Florence is without a doubt a city that I would advise every painter in the world to go to in order to understand how we got to where we are these days. I haven't closed it yet, but there will be an exhibition just for Florence later. But in the painting works in this exhibition at "Golemi Art Gallery" I have put some of my most favorite objects, such as the Louvre, I have something from New York because there is also a later part here. The later pieces are always inspired by the renaissance", says the painter Arben Golemi. Florence, Paris, New York or Amsterdam are an integral part of the painting exhibition, where the painter Arben Golemi says that what he has seen are cities that have inspired him for painting. He says that there are 14 works in this exhibition. "These are new works that are being exhibited for the first time and there are 6 large format works and 8 slightly smaller format works. I work with oil on canvas, while the smaller ones are oil on paper," he says.

Travel to the cities of the world 

The wide artistic culture, trips to different countries, visits to world museums and contact with the creativity of classical and modern contemporary masters influenced the painter Arben Golemi in his orientation towards a modern, decorative art, where images from architecture and nature prevail. The painter says that visits to different cities in the world are also professional trips. "If we take the tourists, they all go to the Louvre and the Eiffel tower, but there is a very large amount of works of art of all times of France and the world that are located in Paris in other museums. So you have to make a long journey. But this is a business trip not a tourist trip. Most in big cities like Paris, etc., go to buy and clothes, photos on social networks, but I do professional trips. When I went to Florence for the first time, I saw in detail both as an architect and as a painter", says the painter. The painter Arben Golemi also opened his exhibition at "Golemi Art Gallery", where he says that through it he will soon participate in other exhibitions in the world with his works. The next exhibition will stay for about a month for art lovers.
