Therefore, it is essential for an organization to ensure that the goals of the company align with the personal goals of the employees. A best practice to ensure this outcome is by providing staff with a clear path to contributing to the organization's vision.
Reward and recognize – It's important to recognize your employees when they exceed expectations. Recognizing talent and rewarding deserving employees creates an attractive and healthy environment and helps achieve the highest quality of work.
The Art of Balance – Maintaining a good balance between a formal and informal leadership style is imperative to a stress-free workplace. As a leader/manager, you can reduce the pressure of hierarchy among employees in your organization by making yourself more approachable. This in turn will help them solve problems faster and ignite their zeal to give their best.
Organize stress management training – Not everyone has a natural ability to manage stress. Therefore, it is essential that staff are exposed to regular life skills training, which includes time management, work flexibility, stress management through holistic practices such as yoga and meditation, access to an anonymous counselor, etc.

The researchers also add some recommendations:
