Berisha has the protest guaranteed, he is looking for a square to challenge the state!
Written by Nga Bardhyl Bejko 30 Nëntor 2022
After persistent demands for the December 6 protest, even though the allies, those who have never said no and have not recorded a single case of not supporting him, Berisha does not back down. The allies, after the cold-blooded analysis of the damage it causes in relations with internationals for the opposition itself, protest on the day they come to Tirana, have asked him to change his decision. However, according to the requirements of the law, the police of Tirana approved Sali Berisha's permission to hold the protest in any place in Tirana, but not within the security perimeter. Berisha, in reality, was waiting for the rejection, to raise the alarm and start a fight, accusing the government of establishing a dictatorship. It violated the constitution. It has blocked the freedoms and rights of the opposition. The ready argument on the tip of the tongue would be: - The government violated the rights of the opposition, does not know the constitution, finally, as you also see it, gentlemen of the EU, Edi Rama installed the dictatorial regime of Enver Hoxha in Albania. In reality, Rama's "Regime" did not prevent the chief preacher from demonstrating in front of the European leaders to gather the opposition people in Tirana. The police did their duty, in the face of the legitimate right to protest, albeit with a deep political tendency, against the Albanian custom of hospitality, the most well-known tradition over the centuries, one of the prideful virtues of the Albanian people, with which the face of the whole world unfolds. The hospitality, which the President of the Council of the EU appreciated since the day this Summit was decided to go to Tirana. Although nonsense to guarantee the right to protest even though on a truly historic day, the opposition's request, directed by the Chief Founder, was given the green light. In the end, the leaders of the EU do not care at all about the protests, even if they were opened against them. They come from countries where there is protest for the destruction of bird's nests or the cutting of a decorative tree in the park. They come from the west, where through protests they have moved towards functional democracy. They are neither surprised, nor suppressed, nor suggested, much less scared and turned back as if all Albanians came out and turned the slogan of the 1990s upside down, converting it into: "We don't love Albania like the rest of Europe!". Precisely in the name of the constitution, Berisha was given the opportunity, leaving at his disposal the "Skënderbej" Square, the heart of the capital, that square where years ago under President Berisha, the opposition was beaten and bled, blood was shed, which was sold by the government like red ink, right under the gaze of our National Hero, Skanderbeg. In those years, this square was forbidden even for the opposition to walk, let alone demonstrate for the massive theft of votes and the collapse of the state. And even after giving the environment, where previously it was the dream of every opposition to cheer, let's not forget that yesterday's opposition played in the "Ali Demi" field in completely normal conditions, without a single guest who spoke English or French, without risking anyone's safety. Yes, Berisha does not accept even the symbol square of the capital as the place to gather the opposition people, whose size is worthy of any demonstration. He insists again, oh boulevard, before the prime minister or war with the police. Oh, there or the regime will find trouble from the hurricane of protesters, who are pro-Europe and against the declared enemy, Rama. For the opposition to be against Edi Rama, as prime minister, against the government, to shorten its days, to oppose it, to accuse it, this is normal. No one can stop him because, ultimately, this is the mission of the opposition and its objective. Power! With the protest of December 6, the focus is not on taking power and overthrowing the government, because this objective has been exhausted and was the goal of the protest of November 12, which took place at night. This of December 6 is set to coincide with the start of the Summit, EU-Western Balkans. So, it is an open slander against the guests and the heads of the European and Balkan chancelleries. Otherwise, there was no reason to choose this schedule and even less to insist on gathering in front of the government building, which is included within the security parameters. "Skënderbej" Square is not beyond the sun. It is accessible by any of the cameramen who want to focus the "tsunami" of Berisha's protest. And make it headline news in the world's most prestigious agencies. Even, there the focus is more expressive and spicy, more intriguing. Even for the name it bears, but also for the symbolism it expresses. So the EU has every opportunity to look with open eyes at the opposition people who are protesting, not against friends, but internal enemies. Persistence, either in front of the prime minister or in another place is not accepted is not an ordinary whim. It is a scenario and a tactic to hype and present as an obstacle to the protest to make you victimized in the eyes of those who descend for the first time as the EU in a country that until yesterday was surrounded by barbed wire and not even the most ingenious mind can to imagine this participation of Europe, which we have searched for with candles over the centuries even though we have been in its heart geographically. In these circumstances, the insistence to protest only in front of the prime minister's office, which is also the target of the battle of the opposition led by Berisha, has only one purpose: To show the Europeans, in front of the government seat, who run this country, but also a persistence called stubbornness and a bet that it's either there or not at all. Protest in reality, is guaranteed. The constitution has not been truncated. The opposition's rights to protest are inviolable. They can stay in the square, before and after the departure of the guests. No, the protest has no value, but it did not take place before the prime minister. Any other place is worthless. It is considered withdrawal, loss, waste from the laxative requirement to develop it only in front of the government building, because that's the only way he is given the opportunity to make a noise and to give space to the accusations that the regime did not allow him to demonstrate, as guaranteed by the constitution and the law on gatherings. In reality, Berisha, the protest is guaranteed, but the insistence on the square has the sole purpose of challenging the state! I believe that even those who defend the right to protest, analysts and opinion leaders, understand very well that it is not a denied protest, but Berisha's request to challenge the state!
