Justice in democracy begins with accusations of state murders!

But in Human Right it is also stated: This right is provided for in Article 2 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights. Article 2 of the Human Rights Act protects your right to life. This means that no one, including the Government, can try to end your life. It also means that the government must take appropriate measures to protect life by passing laws to protect you and, in some circumstances, taking steps to protect you if your life is in danger. Public authorities must also consider your right to life when making decisions that may put you at risk or affect your life expectancy. If a member of your family dies in circumstances involving the state, you may be entitled to an inquest. The state is also required to investigate suspicious deaths and deaths in custody. Courts have ruled that the right to life does not include the right to die. Yes, and I, in the conditions of some accusations and those that are expected to be investigated and accused by Spak, I have outlined exactly the most serious and important accusations, which are those for the death of Albanians! Corruption and theft is certainly a serious act and not at all moral and normal in society, but it can't even be compared to murder! Today there are two accusations which came after two major events with murder when the Albanian state is feverishly implicated! Today SPAK has once again opened the charge of murders in Gërdec and those for January 21. The Albanian state of that time, the Albanian government of that time, with the actions and non-actions aimed at corruption and corrupt politics, killed citizens whose lives it had to protect! All our civil political perversions with corruption are completely irrelevant when the death of the Albanian citizen comes from the state! In Gërdec, 26 citizens have died and 300 others have been injured due to the large, uncontrollable and poorly investigated corruption! Due to the negligence and immorality of the state, its corruption, lack of control and many subsequent accusations of the great fault of a "death factory" set up near Tirana, citizens of the Albanian state have been killed. In the clear public accusation is "state murder", but in fact the normal and legal charge is to find out how it came about and what kind of murder it is when the state with its signatures and seals has allowed a factory sample which explodes and kills people. And normally at that time there was Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu and then the entire state line-up that went all the way to Gërdec. The case has gone to Strasbourg and now Spak is doing its part as a reopened process. But in Gërdec, Albanian citizens died because of the Albanian state. No corruption file can be more important than the murder of Gërdec, which undoubtedly has corruption inside. Nobody! Then, of course, the state murder is the one on January 21, again open and with new registrations. Once again, Prime Minister Berisha and himself in the first few lines and with voice and figure states that: me and sniper on all four sides, we will execute the leader of the opposition at that time. Imagine such arrogance if a prime minister of a democratic country in Europe used it, what would happen. But not only this was not taken into account, but many years have passed and on January 21 there is no responsibility for the state murders on the boulevard, of four people who were not threatening anyone's life and were not personally threatening any institution. Four citizens of Albania whose lives are taken by the Albanian state on the boulevard! Four citizens dying from bullets that were bought to protect their lives. With their money! Which act of major corruption, could be more important than the killing of innocent Albanian citizens by the weapons of their state? Which one? Any major crime of corruption is much smaller than the crime of killing innocent citizens by their own country! Every crime of corruption must be severely punished, but first, the monstrous crime of murdering citizens by their own state for its own fault and direct or indirect responsibility must be investigated and severely punished by law. No one can shorten the life of an Albanian citizen, including his country! Nobody? But this happened to us. And no one with responsibility in the state and government has been investigated and really punished! On January 21, Prime Minister Berisha was a self-declared man of command! And until he says himself that if you do it again, he would also be a "sniper"! Without a clear investigation and a clear accusation, but without establishing justice for the murders of the state or for the state's fault, those of Gërdec and January 21, no accusation of corruption will succeed or matter!
