"Light and dreams...!"

"Light and dreams...!"

The horse follows the master until death, says a popular proverb. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania, but corrupt people continue to rule, who enrich themselves every day with the money of Albanian taxpayers, abusing the funds of the state, passive corruption and with tenders. These abuses which fall on the tired and exhausted sovereign for a quarter of a century with lies and speculations, with a justice that does not accept decriminalization and reform, and a thousand and one hundred other problems already accumulated for the Rama government, on whose back they fall the faults of politics for three decades in a row. Surprisingly, the same political and economic situation also rules in Kosovo, where popular dissatisfaction has reached its peak. Politicians and politicians, corrupt, pay more attention to their external appearance in front of the media, than to invest in solving the acute problems that the state of Kosovo has on many levels, and especially the Albanians in Mitrovica, in Kosovo Eastern, etc. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania, but corrupt people continue to rule, who enrich themselves every day with Albanian taxpayers' money, abusing state funds, passive corruption and tenders. Layoffs, painful reforms, but perhaps appropriate, constitute the loss of hope both in Albania and Kosovo for the majority of young people and are teaching them to flee their homeland. The escapes, although Europe has already shown itself harsh towards Albanian asylum seekers, are for economic reasons. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania. Surprisingly, the same political and economic situation also prevails in Kosovo, where popular dissatisfaction has reached its peak. Politicians and politicians, corrupt, pay more attention to their external appearance in front of the media, than to invest in solving the acute problems that the state of Kosovo has on many levels, and especially the Albanians in Mitrovica, in Kosovo East, etc. The phenomenon still appears in Europe where hundreds of Kosovars with their families still knock on the doors of the Serbian-Montenegro embassies for a passport, or other document of this type, where they must declare their Serbian citizenship for documents, actions which are necessarily imposed by the officials of the countries where Kosovars are found as asylum seekers over the years. Let's not put other people's mistakes in front of us so that we can see them, and our mistakes behind us so that we can hide them. Let's face the grudges and animosities of the past and focus on building the future. To invest in cadres with intellectual courage, political prudence and diplomatic dexterity. Casting your vote today, you will answer the question of where Albania will be tomorrow. Of you, honorable voters, you are expected to vote for the legal state, which, in its literal sense, is expressed by the submission of state bodies to justice; with equality of all before the law; with an independent judiciary; with an impartial procedure; with the existence of efficient means for the protection of citizens; with legal support and control of administrative acts and with supervision of administrative bodies and their responsibility for illegal work that, in fact, represent the basic components of the principle of legality, an inevitable principle in all states where law and justice rule. It is expected of you that with your vote you will determine the values ??of the legal state, which could be ensured: by order in the construction of the multi-party system, by the separation of powers, by the definition of state power and the law, with a free market , privately owned, etc. You are expected to have the feeling that the state without power cannot exist, but that even the exercise of power through the party is in principle contrary to any form of the existence of democracy. You are expected to have understood from the past that without the new democratic order, major systemic changes cannot be made in the function of the state, which would respond to the market economy and the independence of economic subjects, on the one hand, and simultaneously, the protection of political democracy, on the other hand. I feed on the hope that you have understood the weight of the problem that burdens the people and the Albanian nation today. It should be strongly committed to the position of Albanians outside its current administrative borders. If there is truth in this judgement, then the conclusion is clear, without an acceptable solution to the Albanian issue, it will not be possible to build peace in the Balkans. The Balkans continue to be directed from the outside, while conflicts of different natures and intensities are possible within it, due to the intersection of many political interests in it. Therefore, Albanians, not being surrounded by good neighbors, should think about building their future. The first thing that the Albanians should do is to look at and present the Albanian issue as one and united. If the Albanians do not do this, it cannot be expected that others will do it before them. Even if others do it, they will do it more to their detriment than in their interest. It is your duty to get Albania out of a crossroads in which it has happened. Nobody else can bring democracy to Albania, except its people. Each state builds democracy in accordance with the opportunities it creates and, first of all, with the degree of awareness of the people, to understand and build it in their own lives. The democratic standards of one or more countries cannot serve as general standards to inform other countries. Albania feels the need for Albanian democracy.
