Edi Rama made the government and administration "Robin Hudin" Albanian
Written by Vangjel Sako 27 Nëntor 2021
It is known by all the legend Robin Hood, the hero of English folklore. He excelled in the use of the bow and sword. He is known for stealing wealth from the rich and distributing it to the poor, aided by a group known as the "Happy Friends". Robin Hood became a popular figure of folklore starting from medieval times onwards through modern literature, films and television. In early sources Robin Hood is a simple man. In political-economic terms there is no similarity between the medieval England of the time of Robin Hood and today's Albania, but I think that this Albania needs a similar to this hero of the English people. One similar in essence to the action and not in the methods he has used, for it must simply be asserted that today the sword is a relic of time and only that. I do not say a similar one under the guise of folklore but in the real one. And the contour of Robin Hood in today's Albania is made only by the government and the administration that it depends on. I am not saying that as a brave Englishman, this government and administration should take the bags with them and go where they can and fill them to the richest of this country, but through fiscal laws and taxes it will lead to the "depots" of the government. it belongs to the government which then according to the laws makes a redistribution of these profits, also in a legal way. This is the third call I make to the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama to resemble successful human and real figures. Almost a year ago I asked him to become a "four-star general" following the example of the strongest army in the world, the American one to run the government not as today by violating every street and every channel in the country, but through the government meeting office and where to hold accountable to one of the ministers and those who did not respond to his rhythm to open arm and give way to a successful professional. A while ago, I calmly asked him to become an "Albanian bulldozer" following the example of the President of Tanzania, who under strict laws and rules will fight corruption in a few years. The Prime Minister, as far as I have seen, did not put water on the fire. It is not my fault. I have the pencil and the mind and in this context I am addressing them for a third analogy with the idea that the "third truth": Mr. Prime Minister, return your government and administration to the Albanian Robin Hood. Force them to take you to the state coffers, what belongs to the state because having this box full, you will be able to give the living wage to every Albanian. First do with the administration what Napoleon Bonaparte did almost two centuries ago. The great Bonaparte convened a meeting with the elders of the state and asked them how they were dealing with corruption and when they told him he was high, he gave the order to increase the salary for the administration. Six months later he reassembled the state elders, and when asked again about corruption, he was told it had been halved. He gave the same order: Increase the salary of the administration! He saw that they wanted to oppose him but he did not reverse the order. When, after six months, they reported to him that corruption had been halved in the first half, he gave a firm order: Now shoot the corrupt. Since shooting is no longer allowed, he first increased the salaries of the administration to meet the vital requirements, and introduced those who disobeyed to the "seven pens". The rumors that justice should do this are useless in this case because the people have given their vote to be the prosecutor, lawyer and judge of Albania and the Albanians have their eyes on you to find not only justice but also a normal life. . I do not think it is difficult Prime Minister! Spend two and a half hours drinking two coffees in two common bars in the capital, find out that it happens that there is no tax coupon on the tables, fine the arrogant owner who does not follow the laws approved by your government, the client who accepts them drink coffee without coupon, download and fine the relevant inspectors and I'm sure the news gets given and no one will dare not take the relevant coupon across the tables. This is the most banal and simple. I have a personal experience from life in emigration. There were no invoices on the vehicles there. The driver had near his seat a device where subscribers were checked (I had one) and tickets. He bore no responsibility if anyone entered without a pass or without a ticket. When I once went from one city to another with a local, I showed the subscriber and ran to the end of the bus. When my friend came, I told him with my mentality that "you cut the ticket in vain, with so many people here, no one can control them". The friend laughed and did not speak. After two stops on the bus, two control employees of the firm that provided the transport boarded and checked the tickets one by one without stopping the bus. We were also asked for the ID card with the subscription to be convinced that the subscription was mine and not someone else's. When they left my friend explained to me that the ticket he had cut had cost only 2 euros and 50 cents while the fine he would have received if he did not have the ticket was 52 euros. So the traveler himself was interested in having a ticket, because there "Robin Hoods" did not know friends and the fine was ready. Your "Robin Hoods" take your "fat deep" to the big companies that you are declaring that even today they work with two balance sheets and do not even want to know about your country. That still pays workers who work more than 8 hours a day, even on Saturdays and Sundays, with less than 300 thousand old lekë per month. And not only that but they also boast that they are keeping them at work. We all know what a family of four ends up with this salary. I was invited to a prosperous ceremony of one of the most powerful firms in the country celebrating an anniversary of creation. The President confidentially asked me for a few points of reference in the greeting speech and I gladly granted his wish. While many of the workers who saw the closeness to him, complained to me that they were paid very little compared to the work they did. During the greeting, the President said another sentence that I had not recommended: "Our firm works for you, look, there are about 1500 workers who enjoy and are eating all the good things". In fact the tables were full. When I was alone with the president I pointed out that with that sentence he had broken it. I replied to his surprise that "it was we who were eating all the good things from their sweat". I am not that the profits that the firm receives to share equally with the workers but there is a percentage of profits that only your "Robin Hoods" confirm this and take appropriate measures. I am sure that if every commercial unit, every manufacturing firm, more precisely every entity operating in the Albanian space pours into the state coffers what should be poured, the collected are enough to meet the subsistence minimum for every Albanian. This does not mean that those who are unemployed should always be like that. Here, too, your administration comes into play. Through public works, as in modern states they activate the unemployed and those who refuse are cut off from providing assistance. Let me give you another example from my emigration Prime Minister: I ask the mayor how they set the subsistence minimum and she explained to me that “accurate calculations have been made that the one who is paid with it eats and buys ordinary clothes for himself and the children but there is no possibility to go to the cinema or stadium. And this leads to us, according to her, the tendency of citizens to leave assistance because they are under pressure from children who also ask them to go to the cinema, stadium or "weekends" abroad, as we go who have state salaries. As far as I understood as long as I stayed there, in that state "Robin Hood" did not sleep but was always vigilant and in service.Folly follow their example as prime minister and only the respect of the citizens you will gain, not to mention that they themselves will make you more interested in work. Do not be afraid that out of fear of the law, they will not hate, on the contrary out of that fear they will become aware that towards the state and its laws they must be correct.
