Even if the previous mayor of Kukës had played, paving the way for new solutions, he would have done so well. If only he had played... Even more so in Kukës. In Kukës, for several reasons:

Kukësi also has a lake. In that man-made lake, Kukësi washes away his sins. When the 'boys of London' said that we will go down with Rama's plane, but we will vote for Berisha, immediately after that they went to the lake and drowned the sin.

Kukësi had another reason to make an election as soon as a pair of elections ended: Because Kukësi is considered the 'thing behind the house' of Berisha's Party; that is, the thing that was used as often as needed and still left over there. Saliu had called himself Kukës, Vicitoli, and Tropoja... In this case, Saliu was deeply lost 'into the abyss', and the 'cult of useful fools' that Saliu has built also fell. Kam dëgjuar e dëgjoj njerëz të mirë e të lodhur që ankohen nga tmerri kur i shikojnë këta dy njerëz…, dhe thonë : “Po sa kohë, mor vëlla, do t’i kemi para syve?”. E çojnë muhabetin te Drejtësia pse nuk i mbyll këta fajtorë të mëdhenj të fatkeqësive të vendit…
