Sleep, temporary "death"...!

Sleep, temporary "death"...!

All of you who will hear this headline in the morning news, have woken up from sleep and will fall asleep in the evening. You will become curious to know something more about what will accompany you for 1/3 of your life. You will read it and say, I learned something more! As long as you sleep regularly every day, you consider sleep an inevitable truth.                                                                                             

1-Duration of sleep                                                                                                               

A man without sleep dies faster than without food! The record is held by a student in California, who managed to live 11 days without sleep. After 3-4 days of insomnia, a person develops serious health problems such as: tension, confusion, hand tremors, the phenomenon of forgetfulness, blurred vision, etc. Without food, it can live up to two weeks. Humans spend approximately 25 years asleep. The newborn sleeps over 16 hours a day. At the age of 2-5 years, children sleep 11 hours, including 1-2 hours in the afternoon. From the age of 6-16 years, it goes from 11-8 hours of sleep. The latter remains for the longest time in adulthood. In elderly people, sleep time decreases, but naps during the day increase a lot. A 20-30 minute nap will do you good when you're on a long journey. This is not recommended for those who have sleep problems, as it will make it more difficult for them to sleep at night. Many people find it difficult to give it up. Excessive daytime sleepiness may be an early symptom of Alzheimer's disease, according to a new study. Sleeping more than 8 hours a day increases the chance of dying from heart disease by 34%. Women tend to sleep more than men and this makes them more vulnerable. On the other hand, they get up with nerves for gender and psychological reasons.                                                                                                                                                    

2-Sleep disorder The reasons are various such as; anxieties, stresses, depressions, drugs, diseases. The observations show that: 6% of men and 14% of women suffer from inability to sleep. But there are also cases when they fall asleep easily, then their breathing stops and they wake up gasping for air. In these conditions they wake up dozens of times during the night. About 10% of men over 40 have some form of sleep disorder. Factors that cause a person to have sleep disorders are external disturbances, unhealthy lifestyle, excessive food, lights, noises, various pains, nervous disturbances during the day, use of overdoses for sleep. If insomnia continues for more than three weeks, it becomes chronic insomnia with more serious consequences. It should be noted that too much sleep is not always beneficial. It increases the risk of diseases such as; diabetes, heart disease, anxiety, depression, obesity. It is interesting that, compared to those who sleep more than 9 hours, people who sleep 6-7 hours are more energetic and fresh, while the latter are more thoughtful, more anxious and sleepier. Therefore, the popular saying should be applied in sleep: "Dishes with salt, salt with curry".                                                                                                                                                                           

What are the benefits of sleep? Clears the brain, increases motor skills and reaction. Concentration is greater, skin is more beautiful, cells are regenerated, appetite is better, sex life is more stimulating, memory is fresher, decision making is more mature and with a mental clarity.                                                                                                                                                                                              

3- Talking in your sleep

Një fenomen i tillë ndodh gjatë orës së parë ose të dytë të gjumit. Kjo kohë rastis me kohën kur trupi hyn në gjendje të thellë gjumi, por nuk janë ende në tonus për të prodhuar tinguj, ose lëvizjet që shoqërojnë ëndrrat.                                                                                                                                                                             

Pse njerëzit ecin në gjumë?                                                                                                                                                          

Kjo e keqe fillon që në fëmijëri. Arsyet mund të jenë nga më të ndryshmet si, ato familjare, gjenetike, lodhje, mungesë gjumi, përdorimi i narkotikëve e të tjerë. Këta njerëz nuk duhen shqetësuar dhe as t’i zgjosh, mbasi ata janë të irrituar e bëhen nervozë.                                                                                                                              

4-Gjumi kur jemi të sëmurë?                                                                                                                                      

Kur jemi të sëmurë organet tona janë të mira vetëm për të fjetur. Për fat të mirë për ne, kjo është ajo që shumica e mjekëve rekomandojnë kur përballen me sëmundjet më të zakonshme. Por, pse është kaq i rëndësishëm gjumi më pas? Për shkak se ai forcon sistemin imunitar, duke i dhënë trupit më shumë “ushtarë” për të luftuar infeksionet e këqija. Pra, kur jeni të sëmurë, mbyllni grilat, mbulohuni vetëm me një batanije komode dhe flini sa më shumë të mundeni! Ka një shans të madh që sëmundja juaj të përfundojë shumë më shpejt në këtë mënyrë. Gjumi ndikon, për të tretur në mënyrë efikase ushqimin dhe ruajtur energjinë që është fshehur në të.                                                                                                                                   

More specifically (for those curious scientific minds) – eating triggers the parasympathetic nervous system, which on the one hand decreases heart rate and breathing but increases the motility of the gastrointestinal tract causing the familiar feeling of being sleepy. Brain and sleep The brain really needs sleep because it strengthens neural connections and increases brain function and among other things leads to faster learning, better memory and ability to. It improves concentration, an important skill for any young mind, but certainly for any adult mind as well. Why should you sleep on your back? For most of us it can be very useful:
First, it is a great support for the back and neck, as it keeps the back straight. 

Second, it reduces the number of facial wrinkles that develop over the years as well as prevents the face from being pressed by the pillow or bed. Third, it's also designed to drain fluids from your face, so you can wake up with a less puffy face in the morning than in other sleeping positions. Next, one in four couples sleep in separate beds. Sleeping in the same bed increases the difficulty of falling asleep by 50%. Several factors affect this, such as movement, snoring, movement, one's insomnia, etc. If you get tired in this position, sleep on your left side to ease the work of the heart, because the aorta is turned to the left.                                                                                                                                                              

Some tips for sleeping You should not lie down if you are sleepless or on a full stomach. When you lie down to sleep you should think of nothing but peace.                                                                                              

 -Your muscles should be relaxed, especially those of the face.
- It is also recommended that, during the day, after lunch, a break of 20 minutes and no more, as this refreshes the whole body.                                                                                                                                                                  

- Do not drink coffee or alcoholic beverages 5 hours before going to sleep.
