Albanian youth must work hard against the stabilocracy, that protects the values ??of 32-year-old authoritarianism in Albania represented by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his former ministers! After 1992, Sali Berisha showed signs of an authoritarian state, against the democratic state and the rule of law. Realizing his departure from politics, in 2008 he made an agreement with Edi Rama on constitutional changes and threw out the idea of ??running the DP by his relatives and confidants! All European democrats and intellectuals in the Balkans and in the world must work not to sacrifice democracy for stabilocracy. A stabilitocracy is a regime that includes significant deficiencies in terms of democratic governance, but enjoys external legitimacy from authoritarianism and oligarchy.
