If the call was made by a progressive, I would be the six hundred thousand and one idealist

If the call was made by a progressive, I would be the six hundred thousand and

I find myself among the idealists. I have no property. I have no mansions, no resorts or villas. It would be nice to have them all. To be ranked among the rich people of my country, because I live last in capitalism. As an early friend of mine says, wealth is made on the threshold of changing systems. In times of war and dealing strongly with politics. Even these three decades have proven that the best business that quickly raises you to the top of the rich is exactly politics. In politics, if it doesn't flow, it will drip. I remember a couple, who are famous today, at the beginning of their political activity, whenever they came to Saranda, they slept at the house of one of the militants of their party. And he felt good, relaxed, because the night was spent on the sofas of the communist era with planks and a piece of pressed sponge, where the ribs would be killed and the legs would come out of it. So it was, but very soon the couple became famous, reached the top of politics and their wealth increased as if they were owners of diamond mines. So for many political figures. Initially, these politicians were just some idealists who appeared as individuals who would make a big difference and bring happiness to everyone. This illusion for Albanians has been proven many times and a generation may have suffered disappointment more than two or three times in their life. Very soon the idealists appeared as elaborate mannequins in wooden workshops or in the studios of painters or caricaturists, who in a minute produce a figure. And they name it. Idealist of the year. The model of the idealistic man, who resembles the well-known character of Chinese literature, Lei Fen. The greatest idealists in Albania were those who joined the ranks of freedom fighters and fought for the liberation of the homeland. And for years they worked with great devotion and remained the most outstanding idealists. So are our citizens, who believed in the communist system and devoted themselves wholeheartedly to the reforms and development of the country. In essence, idealistic individuals are not reprehensible, because ultimately idealism is essentially a virtue in that it serves society and the future. I was calling for six hundred thousand idealists to rise up to protest in response to Sali Berisha's call to overthrow Edi Rama's dictatorial system. Berisha's call in reality is an offama which aims to embolden those who are silent and shocked by successive defeats in these ten years. This call is in reality a voice in the depths of a hon or in the desert, which in fact has no influence on the broad mass of citizens. If this call were realistic, it would find an answer in the participation of Albanians in the mass voting, punishing the current majority and would bring Berisha's speechwriters to the surface. When the idealists for whom Berisha calls to stand up in the battle that seeks to lead his supporters to fight with the power that today leads Albania and first, the prime minister, Edi Rama. But are almost six hundred thousand Albanian idealists really ready to line up immediately on the side of "Reestablishment" as Berisha calls them? Is there logic in this call and can there be such readiness at a time in dozens of cases of elections of these six hundred thousand Albanians, who rejected the non grata en masse and who today are engaged in a battle with windmills. Today, Albanians are not even in 1944, when it was said that the happy life began, that everyone will eat gold with a spoon. They are not even in 1990, when the white, unwritten check waved in front of them and that every Albanian would be a businessman. And the orators who came from the podiums who promised the heavens. Today, Albanians have completed the school of democracy. They have learned a lot from the experience of their fellow citizens and their endless disappointments. In this respect, classical idealism and a priori belief is dead. Citizens living in Albania today have their own experience. They have become much more realistic. They do not receive proposals without passing them through logical filters to separate the alum from the sugar. When Albanians listen to politicians, their many times frantic calls no longer eat the soap for cheese. They perceive everything and reach conclusions by verifying the sincerity of every politician. They take an x-ray. Their heads are measured, as they say, with string. And they no longer say: Yes sir! This is also the case with Berisha's latest call, which in the name of principle seeks to throw balloons in the name of idealism, hiding behind this sounding notion hypocrisy and malicious invitation, which seems to be made in the name of idealism, which in reality only in the conscience and personality of a politician who has run this country for three decades and it has been proven how idealistic he has been. That the most normal logic does not allow you to accept the idealism of a person who is weighed down by many positions, from massive vote theft to murders on the boulevard, which is honest. There was a time when Berisha did not value money. Those years he was really idealistic. But over the years it changed. And for a long time, the idealist has died inside him. The materialist is exalted. Then when you know why this call is made, where will you find six hundred thousand idealists, who will line up with a whistleblower for a gladiatorial battle against the legal majority? We have experienced many protests in these three decades and the results have not been impressive. On the contrary, after the protests, only smoke and flames, fireworks and explosives remained. Protest is actually a basic right and freedom in a democracy. Protests with great motives are healthy and create opportunities for progress and development of Albanian democracy. And when the idealists are called to the stage for mass protests, it would be fairer for these idealists, who are not such a solid community, to stand up and put themselves at the disposal of a cause without a future. In fact, six hundred thousand idealists would be called to go to the polls and vote for an opposition force that would really bring change and solid development. Is the opposition fragmented and divided, where one part falls on the nail and the other on the horseshoe, it gets nowhere. How many can respond to Berisha's calls for mass protests, it is enough to take a look at the elections of September 24 in the city of Kukes, where the caller of the protests for the mobilization of idealists spoke quite clearly that such calls from today onwards will listen to the one who makes them and the close circle around him. This idealism is currently dead. And the most significant indicator is the change in the psychology of the bastions. This was strongly demonstrated by the "idealists" in Shkodër, Tropoja and finally in the municipality of Kukës. The elections in Kukës after a shocking event of the former mayor, Gjic, these "idealists" of Kukës were the super-ealists who gave water at the tail of the spoon to those who treat them as loot and their gardens as if they were not logical individuals, but mindless idealists. If the call for a movement against corruption and a change of power in a democratic way and this request would come from experienced leaders, reliable leaders, individuals who enjoy trust in the people, I would also declare: I am ready to answer the call to lined up with them and would fight for change and progress. I, an extreme citizen of Albania, declare that: I will be the six hundred thousand and one of the idealists who would answer the call to achieve the great change! What if the call was sincere and not hypocritical. If it came from the progressives and not from the non grata. Therefore, I would not accept to be part of the community of idealists without ideals, even though I am really an idealist.
