From communism to "anti-communism" without removing that "communism" as the 78-year-old commonality!

The most stinking political experiment and the most backward economic laboratory in the Albanian post-communism is the most glorious city of the centuries and until the first half of the 20th century or Shkodra. It shone under the three Ilir kings Agron, Teuta and Gent! It shone with Balshaj and the Venedikas domain, it shone with the great 75-year-old Pashallek of Shkodra and the villas. It excelled as the first modern Municipality after May 20, 1913. It also excelled in the first state after 1920 and in the Monarchy. 1945 banned trade and capitalist creative power but did not submerge it and why it persecuted it in taxes and politically. Communism as a dictatorship overthrew Shkodra from its splendor but not from its cultural and intellectual power. Not even from economic power and why it destroyed property and shopping or navigation. But he created factories, plants, HC, industrial and agricultural enterprises from the most famous in Albania. He left culture, theater, pop music, Vllaznina, cultural clubs and the university. But 45 years forced him to applaud and why he did not want for the communist regime. 45 years of communism that closed Shkodra's freedom of speech and the most prominent capitalism in Albanian territory. An often criminal communism, especially with Shkodra. After 1990, the famous city was "captured" by the "anti-communism" ideals of the communist Viçidoli Sali Ram Berisha. Of course surrounded by frustrated security and his collaborators who screamed louder than those who had died in the security dungeons in Shkodër - down the communists. For 45 years, PKSH and APS had divided the people in Shkodër into communists and anti-communists, persecuting the latter, for 33 years, Berisha and a group of Mascarene people (today there are few who follow him) persecuted the city by dividing it in a class way into anti-communists and "communists" to the detriment of the latter, who had not been communists for a single day. The great city was tried with a perversity of ex-communist folk politicians to be divided religiously, regionally and by neighborhood and especially politically. If you were not with SB and still the tragedies that continue to follow you, you are a "communist" who should be eliminated from the importance of the city and why you are an old, honest citizen and a family that honors the old civic heritage. No, if you weren't from the "anti-communist" origins of Saliu and his servants that he has documents of espionage and collaboration and corruption in his governments, you couldn't be a worthy citizen of Shkodra...anti-communist or Berishist! Today, anti-communism is seen in the protest against the "Buna bridge" in Velipoja! Now the commonality of the last 78 years of Shkodra is that "communist" but in the last 33 years applied with the most diabolical ferocity by not a mere communist like party secretary Sali Berisha but by "anti-communist" non grata in the USA unfortunately with two more after him in Shkodër. In a few days, with the launch of the campaign, the party of "anti-communists" in Shkodër will announce the "pride" as the only "democratic" city in Albania! Yes, like once upon a time where the communists of Berisha's former party built the only "Atheist Museum" in the world. But this time, someone has an idea to get rid of that "communist" in the administration that Shkodra has had for 78 years. We will see if it is done on May 14.
