Politicians, you must listen to the word of the people!

Politicians, you must listen to the word of the people!

Victor Hygo has written that it is nothing to die, but it is scary not to live. Often these years in democracy, as I listen to the news, I talk to creators, local leaders and intellectuals about the administration and direction of power by local elected officials, as well as their candidacies and selection by political entities, which have often become a bit annoying, more remembers the retired general of the Spanish war, MP of my province, Nikaj-Merturi, from whom and many others of that period should be taken as an example, traveling somewhere by mule and somewhere on foot, house to house and village to village , to talk to citizens. While I and my neighbors, today we meditate on our deputies, who for four years do not trespass in our area. They only come at the beginning of campaigns, making buffalo fly and sea yogurt with powerful realizations and "investments". Representation as the cornerstone of democracy was hit hard, closed lists of mayors were introduced. The argument was to bring the elites to parliament, not to be representative those who are strong and have deep pockets and then were forced to pass the decriminalization law after entering inappropriately. The Albanian Parliament does not have representatives of the people, but simply salaried workers of party leaders. For the vote in parliament, they receive offices from the mayors when they come to power, and even when they remain in opposition such as tenders, undeserved employment of their people, etc. Look at state administrations, customs and taxation, the judiciary, important local and central boards, state agencies to the most ordinary functions from 1990 onwards, filled with relatives of MPs of all parties. No more than ten percent of them have not deserved and do not deserve these functions. This is the privatization of the assembly and the state administration by the party leaders, who never harm the relatives of the other party, but increase the ranks. This has led to not only the weakest administration in Europe, but also the most bloated per thousand inhabitants. To date, the opposition has not articulated the escalation of the system of representation, this system that gives birth to autocrats, arrogants and bayraktars of the feudal type. So where their ideals and morals are sold, there they stand proud in the chair of the chairman and the councilor. Even if they win, they will still remain "lefkena", where later history will exclude them also from human life, no longer from their two decades tired electorate. And that day will probably not be far away, God willing, the voters will not be upset and exhausted, that Noli has died in time, and there is no one to tell about them anymore. Pjetër Arbnori, sorry, in his memoirs, as well as in interviews, explained that he had changed his identity due to studies. It is about changing the surname. What if nicknames are practices applied early on by great writers, the change of identity by politicians, MPs, heads of state, means something more, being representatives of the sovereign and the state. In this case, their identity is somewhat more shocking, as it sounds distrustful of the sovereign, possibly having a problem with the distant past, but also the near present. What is the current procedure for changing the name? The procedure of changing the identity, name, surname is sanctioned by law, and every Albanian citizen has this right. It is enough to submit a request to the civil status offices where the Albanian citizen resides personally by the applicant, this right for every member of the Republic of Albania, but from the declaration in the relevant forms, it results that the change of name, surname and generalities of the status civil, is elsewhere, where it has already been publicly clarified by the media and the declarants themselves. This "symptom" has "affected" university rectors, or senior employees in the administration of the banking system and even mayors, one of whom, according to his statement, has changed his name four times, leaders and party leaders. Surprisingly ordinary public administration employees have not made any identity changes, not even in name and surname. It turns out that their birthday has changes, especially as they get older, especially for those simple public administration employees who get fired every time their powers change. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania, but corrupt people continue to rule, who get rich every day with the money of Albanian taxpayers, abusing state funds, passive corruption and tenders. These abuses which fall on the tired and exhausted sovereign of a quarter of a century with lies and speculations, with a justice that does not accept decriminalization and reform, and a thousand and one hundred other problems already accumulated to the Rama government, on whose back they fall the faults of politics three decades in a row. Painful, but perhaps necessary, reforms are a source of hopelessness for most young people in both Albania and Kosovo, and they are rushing to flee the country. The departures, although Europe has already been shown to be "tough" for Albanian asylum seekers, are for economic reasons. There is still no political or economic stability in Albania. Surprisingly, the same political and economic situation prevails in Kosovo, where popular discontent has reached its peak. Politicians and corrupt rulers pay more attention to their appearance in front of the media, than to cover up the problems that the state of Kosovo has in many areas, especially the Albanians in Mitrovica, Kosovo. Eastern etc. There is still a phenomenon in Europe where hundreds of Kosovars and their families still knock on the doors of Serbian-Montenegrin embassies for a passport or other document of this kind and where they have to declare Serbian citizenship for document issues, actions that are necessarily imposed by officials. of countries where Kosovars are found as asylum seekers over the years. Painful, but true. the sovereign does not ask us to eat with spoons of gold, as some nonsense were expressed in the early 1990s that due to lack of experience in politics remained washed away before him, but at least to preserve some values ??as a nation and develop them by embracing the values ??of the time, finally separating from this painful transition, ending the institutional reforms, guaranteeing what the basic law of the state writes, the constitution of the Republic of Albania and the judges of the poplars, to retire now that they have completed their years of work. Students of statesmen, politicians and lawmakers to continue their studies together with the children of fellow villagers, local leader, MP, after the end of the mandate, have the lowest body weight and live there, in the province, in the existing apartment and do not run to luxury villas of Tirana built during the 4-year mandate.
